Stone Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Ranallo as Sr. MES Project Manager. His background and experience in business processes, supply chain management and manufacturing systems in process industries will be a strong addition to Stone’s project management staff. He has extensive experience with defining architectural solutions across Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 platforms.
Jim has worked over twenty-five years in project management, manufacturing and enterprise systems for full software development life cycle projects and programs. His career is focused on achieving successful project outcomes through implementation of improved cross functional processes supported by MES, ERP and supply chain management technologies.
His characteristics include excellent communication skills, adeptness at managing client and vendor relationships, and the ability to manage and facilitate cross functional project teams. Jim has strong domain knowledge of production processes and enterprise business processes in Food and Beverage, Life Sciences, and Specialty Chemicals. Jim has significant experience defining functional and technical requirements for SAP Supply Chain modules and major Manufacturing Execution Systems. He is accomplished at utilizing ISA 95, ISA 88 and SCOR standards to drive standards based requirements. He is also experienced in utilizing Yourdon and UML software design methodologies.
Jim graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from University of Evansville.
