Stone Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Prosser as an MES/MOM Engineer. His background and experience with the OSISoft PI Historian and associated technologies will be a strong addition to Stone’s engineering staff.
Jason has worked in the industrial controls and automation field developing, implementing, and supporting custom historian solutions, as well as documenting and supporting network architectures. He has worked in the food services and ethanol production industries developing and deploying product traceability, OEE, and cost-benefit analysis projects.
Jason has a strong background in computer programming, database development, and network administration with a focus on the OSISoft PI Historian Platform. Jason has designed and developed a Microsoft Azure PI Historian architecture for centralizing data collection from various locations across the country into a cloud-based historian. He hopes to further his career growth at Stone through exposure to new industries and the different challenges that each one brings.
Jason is a resident of Baldwin, WI and has earned an Associates of Applied Science in Industrial Automation, Controls, and Networking from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, motorcycling, trout fishing, woodworking, and skydiving.
