Control Engineering Magazine’s panel of judges reviewed entries from the System Integrator community, including the CE Automation Integrator Guide, CSIA members, and all of CE SI subscribers. SIs were judged on their achievements in the areas of technical expertise, business skills, and customer satisfaction. The finalists receiving the most votes in each revenue category were named System Integrator of the Year.
Vance VanDoren, Ph.D., P.E., System Integration Editor for Control Engineering Magazine said "The judges were impressed by Stone's quest for 'raving fans', not just satisfied clients. They're still doing business with all 20 of the highest revenue clients they've worked for since 1996. They are the very model of a CSIA-certified organization with their complete set of policies, procedures, and peer group audits."
According to Stone’s President, Don Ulrich, “We are all proud to have been recognized for this achievement and will work hard to continue to be a premier SI for our clients while providing a fulfilling working environment for our people.”
